Candidates have to take two tests, one is IQ (Raven’s Matrices) and the other is Technical.

The IQ test measures general cognitive and reasoning abilities of a candidates. It consists of five sets, each set has twelve questions. listed in order of difficulty. The five sets offer five opportunities to become familiar with the method of thought required to solve the problems.

The TECHNICAL test assess the Technical Skills, Verbal Ability, Quantitative Ability, Attention to Detail and Reasoning Ability of Engineers.

• The test consists of a total of 60 questions, organized into 5 sets, with each set containing 12 questions
